After
working in New York City for the law firm of Cravath
Swaine and Moore and the international private
investigative firm Corporate Resolutions, Ms. Rifkin
embarked upon her career as a lawyer joining the
firm in 1998. In addition to her general business,
civil litigation and securities law experience she
has specialized in the representation of
multi-national corporations, skilled professionals,
entrepreneurs and investors from the US and abroad
in all aspects of US immigration law, US trademark
matters, and navigating the complex and rapidly
changing field of intellectual property. Her
practice includes employment and family based
immigration matters as well as individual issues
such as naturalization and employment visas on
behalf of professionals, investors, and athletes.
Ms. Rifkin’s expertise extends to all aspects of
trademark matters and protecting individual and
corporate intellectual property.
