Ms. Firnschild joined Alan R. Miller, P.C. in May of 2008.  During the course of her career she has worked closely with and advised clients on a variety of matters.  Ms. Firnschild has utilized her expertise to assist clients with the formation of new companies, mergers and acquisitions, various litigation matters, disputes, and settlements, estate planning, commercial transactions, and drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts focusing on satisfying the individual needs of each particular client.   During her time at the Firm, she has also assisted clients with negotiations with franchisors, suppliers, and other business relations. Additionally, Ms. Firnschild has worked with automobile and recreational vehicle dealerships, assisting them with their agreements and compliance with the laws of various states.
