On
Wednesday, June 18, 2003, USA Today announced that
NASCAR and the Nextel were to announce the largest
sports marketing transaction in United States sports
history. Mr. Miller was substantially involved in the
negotiation and execution of the agreements as Nextel's
attorney involved in day and night negotiating at the
Park Hyatt hotel in Washington, D.C. over a period of
several weeks. |

Recently, Alan R. Miller, P.C. acted as legal counsel
for G.E.J., LLC in a major multi year business dealing
with G-Tech Corporation involving a new lottery related
racing game called "Hot Trax". The principles of G-Tech
are

Jimmie Johnson. |

Mr. Miller was also recently involved in the
organization of A1 Team USA Grand Prix, Inc., the United
States team competing in the A1 Grand Prix race series.
Mr. Miller recently was involved in contractual
negotiations regarding new contracts for Jimmie Johnson
(Lowe’s #48); Clint Bowyer (Jack Daniels, #07); Martin
Truex, Jr. (Bass Pro Shops #1); and Kyle Busch
(Kellogg’s #5). Mr. Miller and Casey Mears (Havoline
#42) are preparing to engage in negotiations regarding
the year 2007. |

Mr.
Miller is actively involved in the day-to-day management
of several well known racing celebrities. Mr. Miller
recently attended the wedding of Jimmie Johnson to
Chandra Janway in St. Barths and his son, Shane, acted
as the ring bearer for Jimmie and Chandra. |

Miller was a close personal friend and legal counsel to
Alex Zanardi and both he and Herb Fishel as Director of
Motorsports for General Motors spent time in Europe

relationship with former Vice President candidate Jack
Kemp. Jack and Alan worked together with the AFL and
NFL Players Association which they both helped form in
the late 1960's and 1970 and have maintained a close
