On September 28, 2012, Alan R. Miller, P.C.
concluded negotiations on new driving and licensing
agreements for Sergio Perez in connection with his
move from Sauber to McLaren Racing in 2013 and
beyond. The firm worked closely with Sergio’s
manager, Adrian Fernandez, also a client of Alan R.
Miller, P.C., in finalizing this complicated formula
one transaction.

On Wednesday, June 18,
2003, USA Today announced that NASCAR and the Nextel
were to announce the largest sports marketing
transaction in United States sports history. Mr.
Miller was substantially involved in the negotiation
and execution of the agreements as Nextel’s attorney
involved in day and night negotiating at the Park
Hyatt Hotel in Washington, D.C. over a period of
several weeks. |

Alan Miller has served
as legal counsel, primary advisor and business
manager to Jimmie Johnson for approximately 18 years
from his early days as a racer. Jimmie Johnson is a
five-time consecutive champion of the NASCAR Sprint
Cup Series (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010). Alan
Miller also serves on the Board of Directors of the
Jimmie Johnson Foundation with Chandra Johnson. |

Mr. Miller was a
close personal friend and legal counsel to Alex
Zanardi and both he and Herb Fishel, as Director
of Motorsports for General Motors, spent time in

Paralympics at London, England.

with former Vice President candidate Jack Kemp.
Jack and Alan worked together with the AFL and
NFL Players Association which they both helped
form in the late 1960’s and 1970, and have
